Dedicated to those are passing through an intense Healing phase.
Keep calm, feeling not ok is part of the process.
Accept it, let it work and drink a lot of water.
Here few more tips:
- Try not to resist it. You would just increase the pain instead.
- Practice yoga, meditation, self healing but with love..
- Remember to ground
- Use Anjali Mudra to center on your heart and relax the mind (see picture)
- Spend time outodoor
- Get sunlight and fresh fruit everyday
- Adopt as much as possible a higher perspecrive
- Get out of ego patterns.
You are not alone
You are not the only one suffering, unhappy or depress
You are not a victim
- Connect with the universe/your spirit guide/angels/god..
Silent the mind by keeping it busy with something you like.
They'll talk to you.
- Be grateful for learning a lot about yourself, life, universal laws.
For letting go old pain allowing Life to be lighter and happier from now on...
