5 Tips For Meditating From Wherever You Are

To properly prepare yourself and your space for a deep meditation sometimes can result in a quite engaging mission.

So many things to do.

So many details to keep in mind.

Did I cleanse my crystals?

OMG I forgot the salt...

So short time..should I postpone it?

Forget all that.

A meditation space has to be proper, its energy has to be clean and protected.

At the same time it has not to necessarily be a physical space.

In this case all you need to do is to move in a higher dimension and from there... anywhere else.

In fact Meditation should be a normal component of our daily life and not just something we do at a certain time in a certain place. For instance I do love to meditate when in a queue waiting for my turn.

Here few tips to get ready for a sudden and deep meditation whenever you feel, wherever you are.

1. Stay light. Always prefer light food and in moderate quantities

Make sure to intake enough liquids.

Avoid chemicals, and energy drinks including coffee and tea.

2. Pause whatever disturbs or stresses you. Imagine to generate a peaceful bright room where you put on pending mode your stress and its sources at least till the end of your Me Time.

3. Create your sacred space. Either a physical or a inner one. Visualize it full of flowers, light and love.

If you are indoor, and you can, ventilate the room.

If you are in a public place, imagine it having big open windows or even no walls.

Outside there are just green fields and flowers.

4. Keep your Back straight, don't to cross your legs & arms.

It would reduce your energy flow, and, as consequence, the intensity of your experience.

Of course the Lotus pose is the most advised.
